Tasting Notes

On the nose, it bursts with aromas of fresh red berries, cherries, and a touch of violet, evolving into notes of earthiness, spice, and a hint of vanilla from barrel aging. The palate is medium-bodied, with silky tannins, showcasing a beautiful balance of ripe fruit and minerality. The finish is long, elegant, and laced with subtle herbaceous undertones.

Pairings

Ideal for pairing with grilled salmon, roasted poultry, charcuterie, creamy cheeses, or wild mushroom risotto. It also pairs wonderfully with Burgundy-inspired dishes such as coq au vin.

Decant

Optional – If you'd like to open up the wine’s bouquet or soften the tannins, decant for 15–30 minutes before serving. However, Bourgogne wines often do best when poured directly into the glass. Serve at 14–16°C (57–61°F).
