At Wine Society SG, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy outlines our procedures regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased through our website: www.winesociety.com.sg.
2. Final Sale Policy:
All sales are final. Due to the optimal temperature and quality control measures we implement to preserve the integrity of our wines, we are unable to accept returns. Wines age and mature differently in bottles, beyond our control, despite our best efforts to maintain their condition. Therefore, we do not accept returns for wines that are corked, tainted, or otherwise affected, and we do not assume liability for subjective judgments of taste or drinkability. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us directly. Wine Society SG is committed to ensuring a positive customer experience, and we will work with you to resolve any concerns.
3. Exchanges:
Wine Society does not accept exchanges once the wine has been released for delivery or collected by the courier.
4. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Our team will review the matter, and if the issue is determined to be our responsibility (subject to inspection and approval), we may offer a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
