Tasting Notes
Luminous and intensely expressive, with ripe citrus, lemon zest, white flowers and orchard fruit, layered with crushed stone and subtle saline notes. The palate combines impressive concentration and richness with vibrant acidity and mineral tension, remaining remarkably precise and elegant. Long, energetic and persistent, finishing with a distinctive saline, stony freshness.
Pairings
Pairs beautifully with butter-poached lobster, seared scallops, grilled turbot, roast chicken with morels, creamy seafood dishes, and aged Comté, where its vibrant acidity, mineral tension and saline freshness balance richer textures and delicate flavors.
