Tasting Notes

Opens with a deep, luxurious nose of cassis, blackberry preserves, graphite, cedar, pencil shavings, and subtle cigar box notes. Classic Pauillac but with extra refinement. The palate is powerful yet incredibly precise, layered with blackcurrant, dark cherry, cocoa, tobacco leaf, and hints of exotic spice. The tannins are ultra-fine and perfectly ripe, giving a silky but muscular structure. The freshness is remarkable, creating a long, focused, mineral-infused finish.

Pairings

Perfect with Wagyu ribeye, lamb rack, duck confit, truffle dishes, roasted mushrooms, or aged Comté. The wine’s structure and depth love protein and savory richness.

Decant

1–2 hours to allow the wine to express its own elegance
