Full-bodied and beautifully layered, the palate delivers concentrated dark fruit, crushed stone minerality, exotic spice, and subtle smoky nuances. Rich yet remarkably polished, it is framed by ripe, velvety tannins and balanced acidity, leading to a long, elegant finish that showcases the pedigree of the legendary To Kalon vineyard.
Pairings
Pairs exceptionally well with richly flavored dishes such as Wagyu ribeye, dry-aged beef, beef Wellington, and slow-braised short ribs. Its depth, concentration, and refined tannin structure also complement herb-crusted lamb rack, venison, game meats, and truffle-infused dishes.
