Tasting Notes

A captivating expression of Chenin Blanc, offering an intricate bouquet of ripe pear, quince, green apple, lemon zest, white peach, and citrus blossom, intertwined with delicate floral notes, wet stone, and a distinctive smoky mineral character derived from the vineyard's volcanic rhyolite soils. Layers of chalk, subtle honey, and citrus oil unfold seamlessly toward an exceptionally long, vibrant finish.

Pairings

An exceptional gastronomic Chenin Blanc that pairs beautifully with refined seafood and elegant cuisine. It is an outstanding match for oysters, lobster, seared scallops, grilled turbot, Dover sole, monkfish, and premium sushi or sashimi. Its depth and mineral precision also complement roast chicken, veal, pork tenderloin, creamy mushroom dishes, and truffle risotto.

Decant

Allow 20–30 minutes in the glass or a brief decant to fully reveal its layered aromatics, texture, and distinctive mineral complexity. Serve at 10–12°C.

Drinking Window

Drink beautifully from 2026 to 2042+, gaining greater complexity and depth with age while retaining its hallmark freshness, crystalline acidity, and mineral precision.
