Tasting Notes

Shows a luminous golden hue with a fine, creamy mousse. The nose is generous and immediately expressive, offering ripe stone fruits, citrus confit, and white flowers layered with hints of brioche, toasted nuts, and subtle spice. On the palate, it is broad and silky, with a rounded texture, warm fruit richness, and balanced acidity that keeps the wine lively. The finish is long, smooth, and enveloping, leaving impressions of ripe fruit, gentle toast, and effortless elegance.

Pairings

Pairs beautifully with richer, more indulgent dishes that match its generous and sun-kissed profile. It’s excellent with lobster, scallops with butter or cream sauces, roast chicken or veal, and dishes featuring mushrooms or truffle. The wine’s breadth and warmth also make it a great match for foie gras, aged Comté or Gruyère, and refined Asian dishes with mild spice or umami depth, where its richness and creamy texture truly shine.

Decant

No need. A brief aeration in the glass is highly recommended. Serve at 10–12°C (50–54°F)
